Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the online store operated by IMPND ApS.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day voluntary return period for eligible products.

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is received.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the product should generally:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was received;

  • Be unused, unworn and undamaged;

  • Include all original accessories, components and documentation;

  • Include original tags where applicable;

  • Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a voluntary return or may be subject to a reduction in the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace or reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, customers must first request return authorization and return instructions from us.

Contact email: support@adasd.shop

When requesting a return, please provide information reasonably necessary to identify the order, such as:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Product being returned;

  • Reason for the return; and

  • Photographs or videos where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused where permitted by applicable law.

3. Return Address

Approved returns should be sent according to the return instructions provided by us.

Unless otherwise instructed, the registered business address is:

IMPND ApS
Else Alfelts Vej 97, 7. th
2300 København S
Denmark

Please obtain return authorization before sending products to this address.

Contact email: support@adasd.shop

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

Please notify us promptly at support@adasd.shop if:

  • The product arrives damaged;

  • The product is defective;

  • You receive an incorrect product;

  • Parts, accessories or components are missing; or

  • The parcel shows significant signs of transportation damage.

We may request:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the packaging;

  • Photographs of the shipping label; and

  • Video evidence where reasonably necessary.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This may include:

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Return;

  • Refund; or

  • Another appropriate remedy.

Where the problem is confirmed to have resulted from a defect, delivery damage, an incorrect product or another error attributable to us, reasonable return shipping costs will normally be covered by us.

5. Non-Returnable Products and Exceptions

Certain products may not qualify for voluntary returns because of their nature or for hygiene, health or safety reasons.

These may include:

  • Perishable goods;

  • Custom-made or personalized products;

  • Goods made to the customer's specifications;

  • Opened sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons;

  • Used personal-care or hygiene products;

  • Hazardous materials;

  • Flammable liquids or gases; and

  • Other products that cannot reasonably be resold after opening for health or safety reasons.

Gift cards, clearance products and final-sale products may also be excluded from our voluntary return policy where permitted by applicable law.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, model, size or variation, a return may first be required.

Once the original return has been received and approved, a replacement order may be placed.

Direct exchanges may not always be available because product availability can change.

7. EU/EEA 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection law and statutory exceptions.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer must clearly communicate the decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal notice may be sent to support@adasd.shop.

After exercising the withdrawal right, the goods must be returned without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

8. Handling Products During the Withdrawal Period

Consumers may inspect and handle products only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their:

  • Nature;

  • Characteristics; and

  • Functioning.

The consumer may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what would normally be permitted when examining a product in a physical retail store.

9. Exceptions to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

  • Sealed audio, video or computer software products after unsealing; and

  • Other goods or services excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

These exceptions do not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

10. Return Shipping Costs

EU/EEA 14-Day Statutory Withdrawal

When a consumer exercises an applicable 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that this responsibility has been properly communicated before purchase.

Direct return costs may include:

  • Return postage;

  • Courier charges;

  • Packaging costs; and

  • Other direct costs associated with returning the goods.

Customers should not send returns on a Cash on Delivery or postage-due basis unless this has been expressly approved in advance.

We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers will not normally be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where the return is caused by:

  • A defective or non-conforming product;

  • A product damaged before or during delivery;

  • An incorrect product supplied by us;

  • Missing parts or accessories; or

  • Another confirmed error attributable to us.

Voluntary 30-Day Returns

For voluntary change-of-mind returns made under our 30-day return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective;

  • The product is damaged;

  • The wrong product was supplied;

  • The product is otherwise non-conforming; or

  • Applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Return Inspection

Once a returned product has been received, we may inspect it to determine whether it meets the applicable return requirements.

For voluntary returns, products that are:

  • Used;

  • Damaged;

  • Incomplete;

  • Missing accessories; or

  • Returned in a condition that materially reduces their value

may be refused or may result in an appropriate reduction in the refund where permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Refunds Under the EU/EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where a consumer validly exercises an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received in connection with the withdrawn purchase as required by applicable law.

This generally includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of an express, expedited or more expensive shipping method will not normally be reimbursed beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw.

For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods; or

  • The customer provides satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

No separate refund processing fee will be charged.

13. Refunds Under the Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

For voluntary returns that do not fall within a statutory withdrawal right, the returned product will first be inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Banks, card issuers and payment service providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

If you have questions about an approved refund, please contact support@adasd.shop.

14. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please submit the cancellation request as soon as possible to support@adasd.shop.

We will attempt to process the request before the order enters fulfilment or is dispatched.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, immediate cancellation may no longer be possible.

Applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are encouraged to request cancellation or return authorization at support@adasd.shop rather than simply refusing delivery.

Refusing a parcel does not automatically constitute a valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.

Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable costs resulting from:

  • An unjustified refusal of delivery;

  • An incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer; or

  • Failure to collect a parcel

may be taken into account when calculating a voluntary refund.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Proof of Return

Customers are advised to keep:

  • Return shipping receipts;

  • Tracking numbers;

  • Courier documentation; and

  • Other proof showing that the returned parcel was sent.

This information may be required if a returned parcel is delayed or lost during transportation.

17. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
