This Payment Policy applies to purchases made through the online store operated by IMPND ApS.
We aim to provide clear and secure payment options. Please review this Payment Policy before placing an order.
For payment-related enquiries, please contact support@adasd.shop.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment methods for eligible orders:
PayPal
Customers may pay online using PayPal where this option is available during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may pay for eligible orders when the parcel is delivered where Cash on Delivery is available for the relevant destination.
Available payment methods may vary depending on:
-
Destination country or region;
-
Order value;
-
Product type;
-
Currency;
-
Delivery method; and
-
Delivery provider.
Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the relevant order.
The supplied reference policy specifically identifies PayPal and Cash on Delivery as the supported payment methods.
2. Payment and Security
Depending on the payment method selected, transactions may be processed through independent payment or delivery service providers.
Our payment process may include:
-
Secure checkout processing;
-
Payment authorization;
-
Transaction verification;
-
Fraud-prevention checks;
-
Order confirmation; and
-
Protection of payment-related personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never require customers to provide account passwords or sensitive login credentials through unsecured communication channels.
3. PayPal Payments
Where PayPal is available, customers may select PayPal during checkout.
When PayPal is selected, you may be redirected to PayPal's payment environment to complete the transaction.
PayPal may require you to:
-
Sign in to your PayPal account;
-
Select or confirm a payment method;
-
Verify your identity;
-
Approve the transaction; or
-
Complete additional security checks.
Payment information processed directly by PayPal is subject to PayPal's own terms, privacy policies and security procedures.
IMPND ApS does not require access to your PayPal password or PayPal login credentials.
An order will normally begin processing after the PayPal transaction has been successfully authorized or confirmed.
These payment steps follow the supplied PayPal payment terms.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where available, customers may select Cash on Delivery during checkout.
With Cash on Delivery, payment is made when the parcel is delivered.
Depending on the destination and delivery provider, payment may need to be made:
-
In cash;
-
In the exact amount requested by the courier; or
-
Using another payment method accepted by the courier.
Available COD payment methods depend on the local delivery provider.
Cash on Delivery may not be available for every:
-
Country;
-
Postal code;
-
Product;
-
Order value; or
-
Delivery method.
If Cash on Delivery is unavailable for an order, the option will normally not appear during checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery Verification
For certain Cash on Delivery orders, additional verification may be carried out before dispatch.
Verification may include confirming:
-
Customer name;
-
Telephone number supplied with the order;
-
Delivery address;
-
Order details; and
-
Intention to accept the parcel.
This process may help reduce:
-
Incorrect delivery addresses;
-
Fraudulent orders;
-
Failed deliveries; and
-
Unjustified parcel refusals.
If a Cash on Delivery order cannot reasonably be verified, processing or dispatch may be delayed until sufficient order information can be confirmed.
The reference policy also provides for additional COD verification before dispatch.
6. Refusing a Cash on Delivery Parcel
If you no longer wish to receive a Cash on Delivery order, please request cancellation as soon as possible before dispatch by contacting support@adasd.shop.
Once the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Repeated or unjustified refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels may result in COD being restricted for future orders where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any applicable statutory:
-
Cancellation rights;
-
Withdrawal rights;
-
Return rights; or
-
Consumer protection rights.
7. Payment Authorization
Submitting an order or payment request does not automatically mean that an order has been accepted.
Where applicable, payment may need to be successfully:
-
Authorized;
-
Verified; and
-
Confirmed
before an order can proceed.
We may delay, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because:
-
Payment cannot be verified;
-
Payment authorization fails;
-
The transaction appears unauthorized;
-
Fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected;
-
Order information appears materially inconsistent;
-
Delivery information cannot reasonably be verified; or
-
Processing the transaction would violate applicable law.
If a prepaid order is cancelled after payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
These authorization rules are contained in the supplied payment-policy reference.
8. Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, an order confirmation may be sent using the contact information provided during checkout.
The confirmation may include:
-
Order number;
-
Products ordered;
-
Total order amount;
-
Selected payment method;
-
Delivery information; and
-
Other relevant order details.
Please review the order confirmation carefully and report any material error as soon as possible to support@adasd.shop.
An order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.
9. Prices and Currency
Product prices will be displayed through the online store.
The applicable currency and final amount payable will normally be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Depending on the payment method, bank or payment provider, additional third-party charges may apply, including:
-
Currency conversion;
-
Exchange-rate adjustments; or
-
Other charges imposed independently by the payment provider.
Such independent third-party charges are outside the direct control of IMPND ApS.
The supplied payment reference likewise states that the final currency and amount are displayed at checkout and that payment providers may apply independent conversion or exchange-rate charges.
10. Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required and reasonably possible.
Cross-border orders may also be subject to:
-
VAT;
-
Customs duties;
-
Import taxes;
-
Customs clearance fees; or
-
Other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Where such charges are not included in the order total, they may be payable separately by the customer in accordance with applicable law.
Please also review our Shipping and Delivery Policy for information concerning customs and import-related charges.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
A PayPal or other online payment may fail or be declined because of circumstances including:
-
Insufficient funds;
-
Account restrictions;
-
Incorrect payment information;
-
Security verification;
-
Fraud-prevention controls;
-
Payment-provider restrictions; or
-
Temporary technical problems.
Where a payment is declined by an independent payment provider, we may not be able to override that provider's decision.
If an available payment method fails, customers may use another payment method displayed during checkout where available.
If you need assistance with a failed or declined payment, please contact support@adasd.shop.
12. Duplicate Payments
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same order, please report the transaction promptly to support@adasd.shop.
Information that may be required to investigate a duplicate payment includes:
-
Full name;
-
Order number;
-
Payment date;
-
Amount charged; and
-
Relevant transaction information.
Please do not provide passwords, login credentials or other sensitive account credentials when reporting a payment issue.
Transaction records will be reviewed and an appropriate solution will be provided where a duplicate payment is confirmed.
13. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Where an order was paid through PayPal, an approved refund will normally be returned through the original PayPal transaction or another legally appropriate method.
The time required for the refunded amount to become visible may depend on:
-
PayPal;
-
Banks;
-
Payment providers; or
-
Other financial institutions involved in the transaction.
For Cash on Delivery purchases, a different refund method may be necessary because the original payment was collected upon delivery.
Additional information reasonably necessary to complete a COD refund may therefore be required.
Customers should never provide full account passwords or other sensitive payment credentials when arranging a refund.
For refund-related payment enquiries, please contact support@adasd.shop.
14. Fraud Prevention
We may perform reasonable checks designed to prevent:
-
Unauthorized purchases;
-
Identity misuse;
-
Payment fraud;
-
Fraudulent Cash on Delivery orders;
-
Account abuse; and
-
Other suspicious transactions.
Where reasonably necessary, an order may be verified before processing or dispatch.
If there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, we may:
-
Temporarily hold the order;
-
Request additional confirmation;
-
Reject the transaction; or
-
Cancel the order.
These measures are intended to protect customers, payment providers, delivery providers and our business.
15. Payment Information and Privacy
Personal information relating to payments and transactions is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the selected payment method, relevant information may be shared with:
-
PayPal;
-
Banks or payment providers;
-
Delivery companies;
-
Cash on Delivery service providers;
-
Fraud-prevention providers;
-
Technical service providers; and
-
Other parties reasonably necessary to complete or secure a transaction.
Payment-related information may be used for purposes including:
-
Processing transactions;
-
Managing orders;
-
Confirming payments;
-
Preventing fraud;
-
Processing refunds; and
-
Complying with applicable legal requirements.
16. Payment Security
Payments processed by independent payment service providers use the systems and security procedures maintained by those providers.
For greater payment security:
-
Complete online payments only through the checkout process;
-
Never send account passwords by email or other unsecured channels;
-
Never provide PayPal login credentials to customer support;
-
Review the order total before confirming payment;
-
Keep your payment confirmation and order information; and
-
Report suspected unauthorized transactions promptly to support@adasd.shop.
No online payment system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but reasonable measures may be used to detect and prevent unauthorized transactions.
17. Changes to This Payment Policy
We may update this Payment Policy where necessary because of:
-
Changes to available payment methods;
-
Changes to PayPal services;
-
Changes to Cash on Delivery availability;
-
Changes to payment providers;
-
Fraud-prevention requirements;
-
Legal or regulatory changes; or
-
Other legitimate operational reasons.
The latest version will become effective when published unless applicable law requires otherwise. The reference policy provides for updates for the same categories of reasons.
18. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
If any part of this Payment Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
